"Basic, clean accommodation within walking distance of city centre with on site parking."
Easy to find as its right on main road in to city centre. Really enjoyed the walk along the river Thames to and from the city. Great location for a weekend visit.... Read more

The location of the accommodation was great and within easy walking distance of city centre. Very handy bus service operating on a practically door to door basis should you prefer.
Dislikes:
The accommodation is roadside and only has secondary double glazing which does nothing to reduce traffic noise. Dated decor. Breakfast was good but served on cold plates.

The room was large and comfortable at the back of the guest house.Bathroom was a good size and very clean.An excellent breakfast.
The owners were extremely pleasant and welcoming.

A warm and freindly welcome from a family run guest house. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good also, and just right for starting the day with. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful proprieters. Clean, comfortable room with good quality en-suite facilities.
Convenient location for city centre as on a main bus route.
Off road parking.
Dislikes:
Slightly noisy location and we were at the front of the house overlooking the main road. Double glazing helped to keep down the noise, but ineffective if you prefer to sleep with a window open.
