Terms & Conditions for Bookings

For cancellations we require a minimum of 4 days notice. So, for example, a Friday night booking must be cancelled before 12 midday on Monday prior to arrival on the Friday. In addition to this the cancellation policy for Group Bookings (of more then 2 rooms or six guests) is 7 days in advance of check in.

In the event of curtailment, the person whose name appears on the reservation form or any letter/email of confirmation will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

If your reservation is cancelled in line with the accommodation policy - payment will be refunded within 5 working days minus a £20 administration fee. Non-arrivals or late cancellations (within 4 days of the date of arrival), are not refundable.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, please email or phone us before you proceed with the booking if any special requirements are required,

If any amendments are required to your booking simply e-mail us at enquiries@greengables.uk.com  should you change the dates, number of guests or the number of nights you will be staying, then the rates are subject to change.

Car parking is at owner’s risk. Parking is free on site during the time of your stay*.  PLEASE NOTE car park is designed for cars only, subject to a suitable space being available. Oversized vehicles such as large vans, motor homes, caravans, mini buses are not permitted.

Smoking is forbidden inside Green Gables.

All children under 18 months are welcome to stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the rooms.

Pets are not allowed to stay at Green Gables. Sorry!

Conditions

Rooms are available to check in from 4:00pm on the date of your arrival. However, you may arrive earlier at Green Gables to drop off you luggage and park your car if you wish. Green Gables is not 24 hours, please note that from Sunday- Friday the latest possible check in time is 9:00pm, however on Saturdays the latest possible check in time is 6:00pm.
